HireDrive reads directly from 175k+ company career sites across 53 ATS platforms, ranks every posting against your actual resume, and queues the best matches straight into Autopilot — so the only thing you do is pick the ones worth applying to.
Discovery is the front door of HireDrive's application workflow — it finds the roles, ranks them against your resume, and hands the best ones to Autopilot.
How it connects to Autopilot
Discovery is one stage of a four-stage pipeline. Each stage hands off to the next automatically — your job is to review the ranked list and decide which ones are worth queuing.
You run a search — keywords, location, filters. HireDrive pulls live postings from every career site that matches, up to 25 per search.
Every result is scored against your resume the moment it lands — title, skills, seniority, location, recency, salary, remote fit. Highest scores surface first.
Review the ranked list, read the full descriptions inline, and click “Queue for Autopilot” on the matches worth applying to. Dismiss the rest.
The Chrome extension picks up queued jobs and submits them — tailored resume, cover letter, and application form included. You stay in control; it does the keystrokes.
Learn more about Autopilot →Autopilot ships separately. Job Discovery is live today on Career Sprint — start queuing jobs now, and the extension will work through your queue the moment it launches. Nothing you queue today will be lost.
Direct from the company's own ATS — Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Oracle Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, and 46 more. These are the exact same postings the company publishes to their careers page, not scraped from aggregators. That means no ghost jobs, no expired listings, and no recruiter spam.
When you run your first resume through HireDrive, we analyze your titles, skills, seniority, and preferences. Every discovered job is scored against that profile across seven dimensions: title match (25 pts), skills overlap (25 pts), experience bracket (15 pts), location or remote fit (15 pts), recency (10 pts), salary disclosure (5 pts), and work arrangement (5 pts). Hover the score on any result to see the breakdown.
Career Sprint plan members get one discovery search per day, up to 25 results per search. Every result is saved to your Discoveries feed where you can review, promote, dismiss, or queue for Autopilot — nothing is lost between sessions.
Not for long. The first release is manual queue — you review the ranked results and queue the ones you like. Future releases will let you bulk-approve the top N matches, save searches that auto-run daily, and set auto-queue rules for jobs that score above a threshold.
The Chrome extension picks up queued jobs one at a time. For each one, it pulls the full description, tailors your resume to the role, generates a matching cover letter, and walks through the application form — pausing for anything that needs your input. You stay in control; Autopilot does the keystrokes.
Discovery is a Career Sprint feature. The free plan includes manual job targeting — paste any posting URL and HireDrive will tailor your resume to it. Discovery automates the finding-a-job-worth-tailoring step, which is where most of the hours go.
