Terms for using HireDrive.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and HireDrive when you access, browse, or use any HireDrive website, application, public tool, resume-builder flow, download flow, communication channel, or related service made available by HireDrive.

By using HireDrive, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and that you will use the service only for lawful, legitimate, and career-related purposes.

HireDrive may allow access to certain public or limited-access features without requiring you to create or sign into an account, including resume-builder and download workflows.

If you submit your name, email address, resume information, or other contact data through any public, no-account HireDrive flow, you authorize HireDrive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to store that information, use it to operate the requested service, and send you promotional materials, product updates, educational content, follow-up messages, and related marketing communications concerning HireDrive and its services.

That authorization applies when you use the public tool or click a related action such as a download request. Marketing communications remain subject to any opt-out rights, unsubscribe mechanisms, and additional restrictions required by applicable law.

When you create or use an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding access to your sign-in methods, including passwordless email links and any third-party authentication provider you choose to connect.

HireDrive may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account, device, or workflow is being used in a way that threatens the platform, violates these Terms, infringes the rights of others, or creates legal or security risk.

HireDrive may offer a browser extension or similar live-application tooling that connects to your HireDrive account and helps you carry your saved data into job application pages.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, confirming, and approving any final answer, upload, click, or submission that occurs on an employer, ATS, agency, or job-board site. HireDrive may assist with preparation, autofill, document placement, tracking, and step guidance, but you are responsible for the final use of that assistance on third-party sites.

HireDrive may gate extension access by plan, security requirements, account status, or product readiness, and may redirect you through authentication, multi-factor verification, or subscription flows before extension access is granted.

You remain solely responsible for all resumes, job postings, answers, contact details, uploaded files, pasted text, and other materials you submit through HireDrive.

You grant HireDrive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, transform, transmit, and display those materials solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service and the outputs you request.

HireDrive uses automated systems and AI models to generate suggestions, drafts, formatting, analyses, rankings, and other outputs. Those outputs are offered as decision-support tools and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or stylistic choices that are not appropriate for every hiring context.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving any final content before using it in a job application, sharing it with an employer, or relying on it for any professional purpose.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive material.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications or identity.
• Do not attempt to probe, reverse engineer, disable, overload, or bypass the service.
• Do not use automated means to abuse rate limits, sign-in flows, downloads, or public tools.
• Do not use HireDrive to trigger fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized job-application activity on third-party sites.
• Do not use HireDrive to generate fraudulent resumes, hiring records, or application materials.

HireDrive may offer different plans, rate limits, public-feature gates, and account capabilities. Features, limits, availability, and eligibility rules may change at any time as the product evolves.

Public statements about pricing, trials, or feature access may be informational until a specific offer, checkout flow, or billing agreement is presented to you. Additional commercial terms may apply at the time of purchase.

HireDrive may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time for maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, security, or product reasons.

We may refuse service, remove materials, or terminate access where we reasonably determine that continued use creates legal exposure, operational risk, or material harm to HireDrive, our providers, or other users.

HireDrive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireDrive disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

HireDrive does not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, employer-safe, legally sufficient, ATS-optimal for every system, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireDrive and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or employment opportunity arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded entirely, HireDrive's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid HireDrive for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or, if greater, one hundred U.S. dollars.

HireDrive may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted here unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of HireDrive after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
