Basic terms for using HireDrive.

HireDrive provides a web-based service that helps users upload resumes, analyze role targets, generate improved resume drafts, and manage related account data.

By using HireDrive, you agree to use the service only in a lawful way and only for your own legitimate job-search, hiring, or career-related workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding access to your login methods, including email-based sign-in and any connected social-auth provider.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in a way that risks the service, other users, or applicable law.

You remain responsible for the resumes, role descriptions, clarification answers, and other materials you upload, paste, or submit through HireDrive.

You grant HireDrive permission to host, store, process, analyze, and transform those materials as needed to operate the product and generate outputs for your account.

HireDrive uses automated systems and AI models to generate suggestions, analyses, and resume drafts. Those outputs are provided to support your workflow, but they should be reviewed carefully before you use them in applications or share them with employers.

You remain responsible for confirming that final resume content is accurate, truthful, and appropriate for your situation.

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not use HireDrive to impersonate another person, misrepresent credentials, or generate fraudulent application materials.
• Do not use automated methods to abuse sign-in flows, rate limits, or account features.

HireDrive may offer different plan tiers, workflow limits, and feature access levels. Those limits may change as the product evolves.

Some public pricing or plan information may be informational until self-serve billing is fully launched. If billing terms apply later, those terms may be presented separately at the time of purchase.

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, non-compliance with these terms, or other conduct that materially threatens the service.

HireDrive is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will be complete, error-free, or fit for every hiring context.

To the extent allowed by law, HireDrive will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or your reliance on generated output.

We may update these Terms as the product develops. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above.
