How HireDrive handles your data.

We may collect the following categories of information when you use HireDrive:

• Account information, such as your email address, authentication provider, and basic profile details you add to your account.
• Resume, profile, and job-target materials you upload, paste, save, or generate inside the product, including DOCX files, extracted resume text, job posting URLs, pasted job descriptions, and generated output versions.
• Workflow and usage data, such as plan usage, run history, clarification answers, and event logs needed to operate the resume-improvement workflow.
• Communications and support information when you contact us or receive service-related emails.
• Basic technical and analytics data used to host, secure, and monitor the product.

HireDrive uses this information to operate and improve the service, including to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Store your files and generated outputs inside your private workspace.
• Extract resume text, analyze job targets, generate resume suggestions, and produce improved or tailored resume drafts.
• Enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and investigate product issues.
• Send product and account communications that support your use of HireDrive.

If you choose Google sign-in, HireDrive currently requests Google account access only for the email and profile scopes used for authentication.

We use that information to let you sign in, create or recover your account, and populate basic account identity details. HireDrive does not request Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or other Google account access as part of the current sign-in flow.

HireDrive uses third-party service providers to run the product. Those providers may process information on our behalf only to support the service.

• Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage.
• OpenAI for structured analysis and resume-improvement generation steps.
• Vercel for hosting, delivery, and product telemetry.
• Resend for product email delivery.
• Mapbox for optional address autofill features when enabled.

HireDrive keeps uploaded and generated files available in your account while the account remains active unless you delete them earlier.

If an account is deleted, linked files and records are intended to be queued for deletion immediately and targeted for full removal within 30 days, subject to backup, security, and operational constraints.

• You can update profile details from your account settings.
• You can delete uploaded resumes from the dashboard.
• If you signed in with Google, you can also manage that connected account from your Google account settings.
• You can contact us if you need help with account deletion or policy questions.

We use a mix of hosted infrastructure, authentication controls, and access restrictions designed to protect account data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

HireDrive is intended for professional job-search use and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
