What's the difference between an improvement pass and a targeted run?
An improvement pass is a deep rewrite of your source resume — the starting point you upload. A targeted run takes that source and tailors it to a specific job posting you're applying to. You'll use improvement passes a few times a month and targeted runs dozens of times a week.
Can I try Pro features before paying?
The Free plan includes one improvement pass per week so you can see how the AI rewrites work. Targeted runs, Mission Control, and Interview Prep require a paid plan — the lowest is Starter at $9.99/week. Autopilot form fill unlocks at Pro.
Does the Chrome extension work on the Free plan?
Yes, with limits. Free accounts can install the extension, connect, and use it to save job postings to the dashboard plus jump into the Resume Builder and AI Cover Letter Generator from the side panel. Starter adds one-click creation and download of a tailored resume + cover letter for the posting you're looking at. Pro adds the Run Autopilot button that fills the form for you, plus the Queue-runner bulk apply mode.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro in the extension?
Starter lets the extension generate a targeted resume and cover letter tuned to the job you're viewing — you download them and upload yourself. Pro adds the Run Autopilot button that fills the application form directly and the Queue-runner tab for working through a list of queued jobs in one sitting.
How does Queue-runner pick which jobs to apply to?
You stay in control. Either (a) you browse your discovered job targets in Mission Control and click Queue for autopilot on the ones you want, or (b) you paste a list of URLs directly into the extension side panel. The extension never applies to a job you didn't queue.
What happens when Autopilot can't finish a job — captcha, weird field, multi-page form?
The runner pauses the whole run and surfaces a reason in the side panel. You finish the blocker (check the captcha, answer the unknown field), click Resume, and it picks up where it left off. You can also Skip that one job and keep the queue moving. Nothing is submitted silently.
Can I cancel or downgrade any time?
Yes. All paid plans are weekly — you can cancel from the Account page and stop being billed after your current week ends. Your tailored resumes and applications stay in your workspace forever.
What's included in Career Sprint that Pro doesn't have?
Career Sprint triples your weekly budget (3 improvement passes, 150 targeted runs), unlocks LinkedIn profile optimization, and gives you five clarification rounds per run instead of three. It's built for full-time job searches where you're applying every day.
